Semi-submersible electric pump unit is designed for use in various branches of National Economy for pumping water, mixture of water and dark oil products from underground drainage tanks.
Semi-submersible unit - a unit with vertical axial inlet of pumped liquid through the inlet pipe and outlet through the pressure pipe to the base plate.
Shaft with open type impeller (rotor) rotates in four supports, upper support - two bearings 118 GOST 8338-75, lower and two middle ones - sliding bearings. Lubrication of rolling bearings - Litol 24 GOST 21150-87.
The two centre sliding bearings are lubricated via pipework from an external source.
The impeller is mounted in the pump body. The body is removed from the baseplate to the immersion depth (2.5 m; 3.0 m; 3.5 m; 3.7 m) by means of upper and lower suspensions.
The pump immersion depth can be changed by changing the length of the lower suspension.
The shaft exit from the base plate is sealed with a reinforced lip seal or mechanical seal.
Tosol A-65 from the tank fixed on the rack is supplied to the mechanical seal.
The engine drives the rotor via a resilient sleeve and toe coupling.
The direction of rotation of the pump rotor is clockwise when the pump is viewed from the engine side.
The pressure pipe carries the pumped liquid from the body to the base plate plane and then to the pipeline.
The package includes a mating flange with bore Ø88,5H10(+0,14) for welding of technological
pipework.
The baseplate can be manufactured to the customer's dimensions.
